We are seeking an experienced and responsible Bartender to support our restaurant and bar for delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality drink preparation, engaging showmanship, and outstanding customer service. This role combines advanced mixology skills with entertaining flair techniques to create a lively, memorable atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency. Perform flair techniques (bottle flips, pours, juggling) to entertain guests while maintaining safety. Deliver exceptional customer service with engaging, friendly interaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management. Collaborate with bar staff and support team members during peak service hours. Create a lively, energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience. Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender with strong working and exhibition flair skills. Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, mixers, and garnishing techniques. Certification in Bartending/Mixology from a recognized institute (Flair Mania India, IIB, Bar Academy of India, etc.). Skilled in safe and controlled flair techniques with excellent hand–eye coordination. Familiar with bar tools, equipment handling, and inventory management. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environments. FSSAI hygiene training and state-required alcohol service compliance (where applicable).
