Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shirur, Pune Maharastra for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will establish and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a team to achieve sales targets, and analyzing market trends to provide insights for strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, including the ability to develop strategies and meet sales targets
• Marketing expertise, with skills in Branding, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team effectively
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Report Generation to make data-driven decisions
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in HVACR or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
• An innovative mindset, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making skills
