Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Dharwad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Sales Strategy and Market Research skills Experience in Marketing Campaign Management and Digital Marketing Strong client relationship management and new business development skills Proficient in Sales Data Analysis and Report Preparation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience of min. 8-10 years in the manufacturing or elastomer product industry is mandatory. Should have relevant knowledge and experience in Handling OEMs and automotive clients.
