Sales & Marketing Manager


Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Leadership

  • Own sales targets and consistently deliver on monthly revenue goals.
  • Manage, train, and motivate SDRs/BDRs to improve lead generation and conversions.
  • Take ownership of client calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

CRM & Automation Tools

  • Implement and manage Hubspot & Zoho CRM.
  • Automate outreach and follow-ups using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.

  • Track performance dashboards and report metrics.

Funnel Design & Strategy

  • Build outbound + inbound funnels with clear qualification criteria (AIDA, BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows (email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, etc.).

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute

    multi-channel campaigns

    (email, LinkedIn, paid ads if required).
  • Coordinate with design team for creatives, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Generate demand, improve brand visibility, and support sales pipeline.


Requirements

  • 4+ years in

    B2B sales & marketing

    (preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consulting).
  • Strong track record of

    owning revenue targets

    .
  • Experience in

    managing SDR teams

    and designing sales playbooks.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    CRM, sales, and marketing tools

    (Zoho/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly/Lemlist, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to design and run

    end-to-end campaigns

    (from targeting → lead generation → nurturing → closing).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work

    US/EST hours

    to target global clients

Compensation

  • Base Salary +

    Attractive Commission
