The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to on-boarding the best talent. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-centric, and has prior recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles. Source candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and schedule further interviews with department heads. Maintain applicant tracking system and prepare recruitment dashboards. Coordinate and conduct HR rounds and post-selection documentation. Follow up with candidates from selection to joining and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Participate in employer branding activities and job fairs if needed. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1+ year of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ATS systems and HR databases. Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
