HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and schedule further interviews with department heads.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and prepare recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinate and conduct HR rounds and post-selection documentation.
• Follow up with candidates from selection to joining and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Participate in employer branding activities and job fairs if needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and HR databases.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
