Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Agra. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales campaigns, identifying and engaging potential clients, preparing persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing targets is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales strategies, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in creating and implementing Marketing Campaigns, Market Analysis, and Brand Development
• Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
• Ability to lead teams effectively with skills in Team Leadership, Planning, and Performance Optimization
• Proficiency in relevant software tools like CRM platforms and data analysis tools is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role and knowledge of the export industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
