Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. The role also involves leading the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in lead generation and client relationship management
• Marketing expertise, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Team leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
