Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a sales and marketing manager located in Jhunjhunu and Jaipur. The manager will be responsible for driving market research, developing pricing strategies, and building strong client relationships across utilities, EPCs, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include managing tenders and bids, negotiating contracts, coordinating with production for timely delivery, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering is required, with an MBA being preferred.
• Proven experience in

  B2B sales/marketing

  within the transformer industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  tendering, contracts, and compliance

  in utility and industrial sectors.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and client relationship management

  skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with

  production, R&D, and finance teams

  to deliver results.
