As a Marketing Professional specializing in Industrial Fragrances, your role will be crucial in representing our company and its products to key business owners and decision-makers. Your main goal will be to drive bulk sales to companies utilizing our fragrances in their manufacturing and processing operations. The perfect candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of the market, coupled with professionalism, intelligence, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: - Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with major corporate clients and key decision-makers. - Represent the company at client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events, delivering impactful product presentations. - Sales & Marketing Strategy: - Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to penetrate the industrial fragrance market. - Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets by generating substantial customer interest. - Market Analysis & Relationship Management: - Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback reviews to refine strategies continuously. - Maintain enduring client relationships to ensure repeat business and foster referrals. - Reporting & Coordination: - Utilize MS Office Suite to create sales reports, presentations, and client documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with product features and company objectives. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years in marketing for FMCG brands, preferably in cosmetics, perfumery, or personal care industries. - Demonstrated success in a similar role, especially in bulk industrial or large-scale FMCG product sales. - Communication & Presentation: - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Must possess a presentable demeanor, articulate communication style, and confidence in engaging with high-level corporate executives. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and utilize other relevant software tools as required. - Personality Traits: - High intellectual acumen and strong convincing skills crucial for effective client negotiations. - Demonstrated stability, reliability, and a track record of success and commitment in previous roles. - Travel Requirement: - Willingness and capability to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh for meetings and exhibitions.
