Role Description

This is a full-time, position for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising and implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand the business, managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitor activities to develop a competitive edge, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals, supervising marketing campaigns, and producing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to formulate and execute sales strategies
• Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and business development
• Effective communication, relationship management, and client handling skills
• Leadership and team management experience to guide and motivate a sales and marketing team
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and conducting presentations
• Knowledge of the power solutions or generator industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines
