Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients (early-stage startups, founders, entrepreneurs, and stealth ventures).
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
  • Automation & Tools

  • Set up and manage outbound lead generation automation (e.g., LinkedIn, email sequences, CRM workflows).
  • Leverage enrichment tools (Clearbit, Lusha, Hunter.io, etc.) to qualify and complete lead profiles.
  • Continuously improve workflows with AI tools and marketing/sales automation platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Zapier, etc.).
  • Qualification & Handoff

  • Define qualification criteria (BANT, ICP fit, budget, timeline) and ensure only high-quality leads move to SDRs/BDs.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for higher response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Specialists to book meetings and support pipeline growth.
  • Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM.
  • Generate weekly dashboards on lead quality, outreach performance, and conversion rates.
  • Suggest new channels, strategies, and tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in

    lead generation, demand generation, or sales development

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    automation tools

    (Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify high-potential leads in niche markets.
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, ICP definition).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns using data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with

    startups or B2B SaaS companies

  • Knowledge of growth hacking and modern sales strategies.
  • Ability to create and optimize multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, social).
  • Basic knowledge of

    AI-driven lead generation

    tools.
