Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager for the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting and developing insurance advisors, driving field sales, and achieving business targets through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance advisors
Drive sales through regular fieldwork and joint calls with advisors
Achieve monthly and annual business targets
Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching
Build strong relationships with customers and advisors
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Conduct regular sales meetings and motivation sessions

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
1+ year of field sales experience
in any industry
Experience in insurance or BFSI will be an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
Target-oriented with a strong field sales mindset
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Skills:

Team handling and leadership skills
Good negotiation and relationship-building ability
Basic understanding of sales planning and execution
