Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide talent acquisition solutions. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for selection. Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by new employees through effective induction programs. Oversee attendance management, leave management, exit formalities, employee relations, and retention strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in HR Executives role or similar position. Strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
