Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to monitor performance. The role involves frequent collaboration with various departments to ensure excellent client satisfaction and organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong knowledge of Market Analysis, Strategy Building, and Lead Generation
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including coaching and performance evaluation experience
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Sales Analytics platforms
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Experience in the relevant industry will be advantageous
