Job Title: Business Manager Production Software Business Location: Bhosari, Pune. Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to drive growth in our production software business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAM sales, machinery sales, machine tool sales, or tool sales, with proven expertise in managing both direct and indirect sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to expand sales of production/CAM software solutions. Manage and grow both direct and indirect (channel partner/distributor) sales networks. Identify, acquire, and nurture key customer accounts across manufacturing and engineering industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners. Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning. Provide pre-sales support in terms of product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions. Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in CAM sales, machinery sales, machine tool sales, or tool sales. Proven track record in handling direct and indirect sales channels. Strong knowledge of manufacturing/production industry processes and requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong business relationships and close high-value deals. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology/Business (Mechanical or Production preferred). MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
