Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving direct field-based sales by meeting
contractors, corporate clients, traders, and end users to generate business opportunities.The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships, identifying prospects, convertingleads into sales, and achieving revenue targets through consistent market engagement andcustomer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular client visits to contractors, corporates, traders, and end users toexplore new business opportunities. Attend lead-based meetings generated through online/offline channels and convertthem into potential sales. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups andprofessional communication. Understand customer needs and project requirements to provide accurate andcustomized quotations. Manage negotiations and commercial discussions to finalize orders within approvedmargins. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smoothexecution and delivery. Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, quotations, and closures using CRM or ERPtools. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly field activity reports to management
