Set daily/weekly hiring targets for the team based on business requirements. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback/coaching to recruiters. Need to manage required productivity and attendance of each FR Recruitment Operations: Plan and execute high-volume hiring drives for Field Sales Executives (QR deployment, merchant onboarding, POS sales). Monitor sourcing activities including job boards, referrals, local vendors, field scouting, and walk-ins Support recruiters in resolving candidate objections, onboarding delays, or sourcing challenges. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales Leadership, Regional HR, and Ops teams to forecast and fulfill manpower needs Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and deployment of FSEs in collaboration with internal HR ops. Key Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in field recruitment or high-volume frontline hiring. Strong exposure to hiring for blue-collar/feet-on-street roles (sales, delivery, onboarding, etc.) Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills Willing to travel within assigned zones/regions as needed.
