Expectations/ Requirements

• The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytms Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.
• The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.
• The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations, and coordinate with different teams to get things done.
• The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process
• The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of the data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests
• The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and his team.
• The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via different workflow tools.
• The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language.
• The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills
• The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and platform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps,Plugins)
• Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms
• Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory
• Analytics and presentation skills
• Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
