Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Pune. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company in the designated market area. Your day-to-day work will involve prospecting, cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, presenting product offerings, handling negotiations, and closing sales deals. You will also collect market feedback, provide insights to the sales strategy team, and help identify areas for improvement in our sales approach. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in creating and maintaining client relationships Proficiency in communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently, consistently meet targets, and manage time effectively Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within the designated area Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities Prior experience in field sales is preferable but not mandatory Proficiency in relevant tools, such as CRM systems, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Valid driver’s license (if required for travel) Strong ethical practices and a customer-centric approach
