Position: E-commerce Executive Location: Noida Experience: 1–3 Years (E-commerce industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, inventory handling, promotions, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Optimize product content with SEO keywords to improve visibility and conversions. Monitor inventory, sales reports, and order processing to ensure smooth operations. Handle daily operations including returns, cancellations, and customer queries. Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns, offers, and online promotions. Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve issues/escalations with marketplace representatives. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management. Strong knowledge of major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot, v-lookup, reporting).
