Luxelace Luxury Private Limited is a fast-growing fashion brand in the e-commerce space, dedicated to delivering trend-driven, high-quality products to both B2B and B2C customers. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth, strengthen our brand identity, and expand our presence across leading online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments in the fashion e-commerce domain.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a results-driven marketing team focused on increasing sales, executing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility.

Digital Advertising:

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI and performance efficiency.

Content & Creative Oversight:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create impactful posts, ad creatives, and brand-consistent digital content.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, influencer partnerships, seasonal offers, and product launches across multiple platforms.

Platform Management:

  • Coordinate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) to maintain consistent branding and boost sales.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign data, and prepare performance reports to guide data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing within the fashion e-commerce industry (B2B & B2C).
  • Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and major e-commerce platforms.
  • Prior experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, email marketing platforms, and preferably Shopify.
  • Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and strong project management abilities.
