Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning

  :
• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive growth in staffing and IT services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the staffing and IT services industry.
• Create and manage an annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Brand Management & Positioning

  :
• Strengthen the companys brand positioning through consistent messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.
• Develop content that showcases the companys expertise in staffing, IT services, and industry-specific solutions.
• Manage online and offline branding initiatives, including company website, social media channels, newsletters, and events.

• Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  :
• Design and execute integrated B2B lead generation campaigns using digital channels, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads, optimize conversion rates, and support revenue growth.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  :
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
• Optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising.
• Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to streamline marketing processes.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Plan and execute customer-centric events, webinars, and industry conferences to engage existing and potential clients.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers to expand our network.
• Develop customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to highlight our capabilities.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Generate detailed reports on marketing activities, ROI, and KPIs for management review.
• Utilize data analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Education

  :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Experience

  :
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the staffing or IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly within the IT and staffing sectors.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

• Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
