Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, and data analysts. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Staffing industry. Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations (W2/C2C/H1B). Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
