Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive – E-commerce Industry

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (E-commerce experience preferred)

Location: Noida Sec 8

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for customer support.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, refunds, claims, and delivery status.

Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, operations) to resolve escalations.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/Excel/ERP tools.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved within timelines.

Identify recurring concerns and escalate them to management for process improvement.

Requirements:

1–3 years of customer service experience (E-commerce or BPO preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or ticketing systems.
