E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management:

o Manage product listings, price updates, promotions, and stock status across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Tata Cliq, etc.).

o Ensure all listings are live, updated, and correctly mapped to categories.

2. Order & Inventory Coordination:

o Monitor orders daily and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely fulfillment.

o Track stock levels on marketplaces and Unicommerce (or other inventory panels) to avoid overselling or stockouts.

3. Product Listings & Content:

o Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.

o Work with the content and design team to ensure images and details meet platform guidelines.

4. Performance Tracking:

o Analyze product performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.

o Monitor marketplace dashboards for performance metrics (Buy Box, cancellation rate, late dispatch rate, etc.).

5. Campaigns & Promotions:

o Coordinate for deals, coupons, and promotional events (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Sale, etc.).

o Ensure correct setup of discounts and offers on marketplaces.

6. Customer Issue Handling:

o Track returns, wrong product claims, and customer complaints raised on marketplaces.

o Coordinate with the customer support and warehouse team for quick resolution.

7. Reporting:

o Share daily / weekly reports on sales, returns, and marketplace performance with management.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Tata Cliq, etc.)
• Familiar with Unicommerce / Shopify / Seller Panels
• Good Excel and reporting skills
• Understanding of listing optimization & keyword usage
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
