We are currently looking for a qualified candidate for the role of Order to Delivery Process Manager. Below is the job profile for the position: Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order to Delivery Process Manager to oversee and optimize the entire lifecycle of customer orders—from placement to final delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction, while facilitating cross-functional coordination across order management, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Order Management Monitor and manage the daily order flow across various platforms (website, marketplace, apps). Ensure accurate order capture, payment confirmation, and system integration. Warehouse Coordination Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams for efficient picking, packing, and dispatch. Track inventory status and escalate discrepancies. Logistics Management Manage partnerships with 3PL (third-party logistics) and courier services. Track delivery KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Return to Origin (RTO), and delivery SLAs. Process OptimizationIdentify bottlenecks and drive automation and process improvement initiatives. Reduce delivery failures, RTOs, and operational costs through analytics and data insights. Customer Satisfaction Work closely with customer service teams to resolve order-related escalations promptly. Implement proactive communication strategies for delayed or failed deliveries. Reporting & Analytics Maintain dashboards for order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, and SLA adherence. Present weekly/monthly reports highlighting key metrics and improvement actions. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with taxation, invoicing, and e-way bill requirements. Maintain accurate shipment and return documentation. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics within the e-commerce domain. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Amazon, and Flipkart. Proficiency in Excel, ERP tools, and logistics software (WMS, TMS, OMS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Skills Experience in last-mile delivery management. Familiarity with tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar OMS/WMS platforms. Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus. Compensation Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
