Job Description

Looking for a proven Sales Manager who can drive revenue, manage a small sales team, and close high-value orders in the building materials / construction industry. This role demands strong discipline, pipeline ownership, and the ability to deal directly with builders, architects, PMCs, and project heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and manage a strong lead pipeline.
  • Handle meetings with builders, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Lead and train 25 sales executives.
  • Prepare and review BOQs, quotes, and technical submissions.
  • Improve follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting discipline.
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of B2B sales experience in

    doors, fire doors, hardware, aluminium, electricals, or building materials

    .
  • Strong closing skills and negotiation ability.
  • Ability to read drawings/BOQs (mandatory).
  • Team-handling experience.
  • Good communication, follow-up discipline, and fieldready attitude.
  • Own 2-wheeler and willingness to travel.
