Key Responsibilities: Sales & Key Account Management

  • The Candidate will be responsible for getting new sales mainly in the PSU sector and a select set of Key Banks and NBFC’s.
  • Will need to sell the Collections Platform, AI Products and Services to the identified set of customers.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders on the client side (product, tech, operations, strategy).
  • The candidate will start off as an Individual contributor, resources will be aligned to the candidate once traction is seen in the set of accounts allocated.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, engineering, and operations roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues with speed and precision.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance analysis, and strategic planning with key accounts.
  • Negotiate renewals, upsell value-added services, and ensure commercial alignment.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments affecting client strategy.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in key account management, B2B client success, or partnerships in a Fintech, SaaS, or financial services setting.
  • Having successfully managed PSU and Private Banks at a CXO level
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in stakeholder engagement and presentations.
  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Passion for innovation in finance, digital products, and technology-driven business models.
