Job Description

Sales lead

Role & responsibilities:

  • Build and execute quarterly and annual sales plans, backed by strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of complex deal closures, from opportunity qualification to final negotiation, ensuring consistent conversion of high-value prospects into long-term clients.
  • Lead and close global deals, managing cross-border sales cycles, coordinating with international stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across regions.
  • Identify high-value enterprise opportunities, define account penetration strategies, and drive multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead complex, multi-phase sales cycles including discovery, solution mapping, technical collaboration, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, compliance, and vendor onboarding processes with confidence.
  • Prepare structured proposals, RFP responses, and value-based business cases tailored to senior leadership (CTO, CIO, VP-Engineering, QA Heads).
  • Engage clients at a strategic level, understanding their digital, quality engineering, and product-delivery challenges.
  • Position BuildNexTechs Agentic AI Solutions, and development expertise as long-term value drivers not just services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining executive-level relationships and driving account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and product teams to design viable, scalable solutions for customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, managing expectations and maintaining continuity with clients.
  • Mentor junior sales members, establishing high standards for sales process, documentation, and customer engagement.
  • You are required to use your personal LinkedIn profiles to support company branding and represent the organizations voice as part of their role.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 -10 years of progressive experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 5 years selling Agentic AI Solutions, software development solutions, or software testing services.
  • Demonstrated success closing mid-market and enterprise deals with multi-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle for complex, technical solutions.
  • Excellent command over consultative selling, value-based pitching, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Proven ability to close global deals, demonstrating experience in selling to international clients, navigating diverse markets, and handling multi-country commercial and compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with experience in developing forecasts, sales reports, and strategic roadmaps.
  • High maturity in handling enterprise clients, managing escalations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
