1. Sales Lead – OTA & Travel Agent Partnerships

Location:

Experience:

Role Overview:

You will drive revenue through strong relationships with OTAs, travel agents, corporate travel planners, and DMCs. Your role includes managing rate parity, seasonal promotions, Inventory, and ensuring Botanix remains top-of-mind in the leisure and corporate travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    OTA partnerships

    and travel agent networks
  • Increase bookings through strategic contract negotiation and seasonal offers
  • Conduct sales visits, fam trips, and relationship-building activities
  • Analyze booking trends and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize promotions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Prior experience with OTAs like Booking.com and Makemytrip & others platforms.
  • Hands-on, target-driven approach


2. Chefs – Tandoor & Continental

Location:

Experience:


Tandoor Chef

Role Overview:

Responsible for preparing authentic North Indian tandoor dishes, breads, Grills, and managing the tandoor station efficiently during service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tandoor breads, kebabs, tikkas, and Indian mains
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and FSSAI standards
  • Ensure consistency in flavor and presentation
  • Stock planning, prep, and coordination with F&B service


Continental Chef

Role Overview:

Responsible for our continental menu, including breakfast, salads, mains, grills, and all-day dining items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute continental dishes with attention to presentation
  • Develop new dishes and seasonal specials
  • Maintain mise-en-place and ensure smooth service flow
  • Work collaboratively for events, retreats, and villa guest dining

Ideal Candidates (Both Roles):

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Experience in resort kitchens preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to collaborate and work within a team setting 


3. Operations Head (Resort Operations)

Role Overview:

A leadership role responsible for the day-to-day running of all resort operations. Ensures seamless guest experiences, SOP implementation, team training, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all departments: F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services
  • Implement SOPs aligned with sustainability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • P&L management and operational cost control
  • Coordinate event and stay operations
  • Train and mentor supervisors and department heads
  • Handle escalated guest issues, feedback, and resolution

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership and crisis-handling skills
  • Experience in boutique hotels/resorts
  • Hands-on approach; not a desk-only role
  • Highly collaborative
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills 

4. F&B Controller / Cost Controller

Role Overview:

Responsible for monitoring food & beverage costs, reducing wastage, and ensuring profitability through strong inventory control and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily/weekly food cost analysis
  • Track consumption, wastage, and stock levels
  • Conduct regular inventory audits
  • Coordinate with chefs on recipe costing and portion control
  • Vendor price negotiation and alternative sourcing
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of hotel accounting software 
  • High integrity and attention to detail


5. Housekeeping Manager

Location:

Experience:

Role Overview:

Manages all housekeeping operations including rooms, villas, public areas, linen, and overall hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of supervisors, room attendants, room / villa cleaners
  • Ensure rooms and villas are maintained to boutique resort standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
  • Inventory control for linen, guest supplies, cleaning materials
  • Coordinate deep cleaning and guest turn-down services
  • Maintain sustainability-driven cleaning SOPs (eco-friendly materials, water-saving practices)


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong eye for detail
  • Experience with both rooms & large outdoor areas
  • Excellent team coordination skills
  • Strong leadership skills
