We are currently looking for a high-performing, resourceful Senior Sales Executive experienced in selling premium D2C lifestyle, smart home, or consumer tech products.
This role requires someone capable not just of selling — but of building repeatable revenue systems, dealer networks, and scalable sales processes.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies across D2C, retail, institutional, and distributors
Optimize funnel metrics from lead generation → conversion → repeat purchases
Build and scale multi-channel sales ecosystem:
Retail distributors & premium lifestyle stores
Smart home device & consumer electronics retailers
Agricultural/hydroponics dealers
Modern trade & online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, niche lifestyle platforms)
Hire, manage, train, and performance-track junior sales executives
Build SOPs for prospecting, pitching, distributor onboarding, pricing, and incentive programs
Implement incentive structures, sales playbooks, and feedback systems
Build partnerships with:
Real estate developers, architects, and interior designers
Corporates (for gifting, employee wellness initiatives)
Hotels, hospitals, wellness centers, nurseries, and experiential stores
Track competitor pricing, GTM experiments, product category trends, and customer objections
Work with leadership to refine pricing, COGS sensitivity, margins, and volume discounting
Help shape product roadmap based on field insights
Maintain accurate reporting dashboards using HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce
Track CAC, LTV, retention rate, best-performing channels, and pipeline velocity
4-7 years experience in:
Smart consumer hardware
Premium D2C products
Consumer electronics or smart home tech
Lifestyle / home innovation products
Demonstrated success in scaling GTM & hitting revenue targets
Distributor/retail onboarding experience is a must
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Proven leadership experience (managing 2–10 people preferred)
Strong CRM hygiene and analytical decision-making
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling hydroponics, home gardening products, or IoT devices
Industry networks in gifting, lifestyle stores, smart appliance dealers
Revenue delivered vs. forecast
Distribution footprint built (retail + institutional + reseller)
Sales funnel conversion improvements
Subscription/refill revenue penetration
Cost of acquisition reduction & repeat purchase uplift
Team performance benchmarks established
