We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead with 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS and B2B sales. Experience in the real estate sector or selling CRM solutions will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies targeting real estate developers, brokers, and agencies. Understand client pain points and position our CRM as a strategic solution to streamline operations. Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure and onboarding. Product Demonstrations & Presentations Conduct effective product demos tailored to client requirements. Educate prospects on features, benefits, and ROI of adopting CRM solutions in real estate. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the real estate ecosystem. Provide post-sale support and ensure smooth product adoption. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on CRM and proptech market trends. Identify new opportunities and share insights with marketing and product teams. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts. Present sales performance metrics, activities, and KPIs to leadership. Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (Mandatory). Experience in real estate or CRM sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of CRM platforms, SaaS sales cycles, and technical product discussions. Ability to build trust-based relationships and manage complex client requirements.
