Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead with 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS and B2B sales. Experience in the real estate sector or selling CRM solutions will be a strong advantage. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling real estate tech product.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting real estate developers, brokers, and agencies.
  • Understand client pain points and position our CRM as a strategic solution to streamline operations.
  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Conduct effective product demos tailored to client requirements.
  • Educate prospects on features, benefits, and ROI of adopting CRM solutions in real estate.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the real estate ecosystem.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure smooth product adoption.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on CRM and proptech market trends.
  • Identify new opportunities and share insights with marketing and product teams.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Present sales performance metrics, activities, and KPIs to leadership.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (Mandatory).
  • Experience in real estate or CRM sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of CRM platforms, SaaS sales cycles, and technical product discussions.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and manage complex client requirements.
