Botanix Nature Resort is a 30-acre immersive nature retreat located at the foothills of the Aravallis, near Damdama Lake. Designed as a sanctuary away from the city, Botanix blends hospitality, biodiversity, and curated experiences, from corporate retreats and weddings to weekend getaways, wellness workshops, and outdoor adventures.


With upcoming expansion projects, curated programming, and larger event offerings, Botanix is strengthening its sales team with high-performing talent who can help us build long-term partnerships and elevate our brand presence across key segments.


Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Lead to join our growing sales team. The focus of the Sales Lead will be on OTA platforms and the travel trade partnerships. You will own revenue growth, relationship management, and client acquisition within your vertical. This is a performance-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and highly organized.


Focus Areas


Travel Trade & Agency Partnerships

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with travel agents, FIT planners, DMCs, and boutique travel companies.
  • Present Botanix’s offerings in a way that reflects our values, which are nature-forward, grounded, and thoughtfully designed.
  • Handle contracting, negotiations, and rate discussions with a clear understanding of seasonality and market demand.
  • Represent Botanix at trade events, exhibitions, and travel meetups


OTA & Digital Distribution

  • Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.) including content, availability, promotions, and rate parity.
  • Optimise listings for visibility and conversions through strong copy, imagery, and data-backed positioning.
  • Monitor performance dashboards: conversions, cancellations, page ranking, promotion ROI, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Work closely with operations and reservations to maintain accurate inventory.


Analytics and Strategy

  • Review booking trends and competitor pricing 
  • Support revenue discussions with timely data, recommendations, and an understanding of guest behaviour patterns
  • Ensure all travel partner rates, packages, and promotions align with seasonal strategies


Internal Collaboration and Guest Experience Management

  • Work with the marketing team to ensure our story and visuals remain authentic across all digital platforms
  • Share feedback from travel partners and online guests to improve offerings and guest experience
  • Maintain clear communication with the reservations, operations, and events teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of bookings


Your Qualifications

  • A hospitality sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in hotels, resorts, or boutique properties.
  • Someone who already has strong existing relationships with travel agents, FIT planners, and DMCs (Destination management companies) and knows how to leverage those connections to drive business.
  • Familiar with the boutique and experiential travel segment; you understand what makes a property feel unique and how to position it authentically
  • Confident in sales conversations, negotiations, and rate discussions, with a proven ability to close deals and nurture accounts
  • Comfortable managing OTA platforms, analyzing performance data, and using insights to improve visibility and bookings
  • A proactive communicator who follows up consistently, maintains organized records, and manages multiple accounts without dropping details
