Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wedding Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Wedding Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding sales and event planning. This includes generating leads, meeting with clients, preparing event proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. The role also requires you to manage budgets effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Skills in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Experience in event planning and coordination, especially related to weddings
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
