Channel & Distribution Expansion Build and scale multi-channel sales ecosystem: Retail distributors & premium lifestyle stores Smart home device & consumer electronics retailers Agricultural/hydroponics dealers Modern trade & online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, niche lifestyle platforms) 3️. Sales Operations & Team Leadership Hire, manage, train, and performance-track junior sales executives Build SOPs for prospecting, pitching, distributor onboarding, pricing, and incentive programs Implement incentive structures, sales playbooks, and feedback systems 4️.
