high-performing, resourceful Senior Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies across D2C, retail, institutional, and distribution
  • Improve funnel metrics from lead generation ? conversion ? repeat purchase

2. Channel & Distribution Expansion

  • Build and scale multi-channel distribution networks
  • Onboard retail distributors and premium lifestyle stores
  • Expand into smart home, consumer electronics, hydroponics, and agri dealers
  • Scale presence on modern trade and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, niche platforms)

3. Sales Operations & Team Leadership

  • Hire, manage, and train junior sales executives
  • Create SOPs for prospecting, pitching, onboarding, pricing, and incentives
  • Implement performance tracking, incentive structures, and sales playbooks

4. Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales

  • Build partnerships with developers, architects, and interior designers
  • Drive corporate sales for gifting and wellness initiatives
  • Target hotels, hospitals, wellness centers, nurseries, and experiential stores

5. Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy

  • Track competitor pricing, GTM experiments, and category trends
  • Refine pricing, margins, and discounting with leadership
  • Provide field insights to shape the product roadmap

6. Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate dashboards on HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce
  • Track CAC, LTV, retention, channel performance, and pipeline velocity

Required Skills & Experience

  • 47 years in smart consumer hardware, premium D2C, lifestyle/home innovation, or smart home tech
  • Proven success in scaling GTM and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong distributor/retail onboarding experience
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Leadership experience managing 210 people
  • Strong CRM hygiene and analytical decision-making

Preferred Experience

  • Hydroponics, home gardening, IoT, or wellness devices
  • Industry networks in gifting, lifestyle stores, and smart appliance dealers
