Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: (Insert Location / Remote)
Role Overview

As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will shape and execute a high-impact growth strategy—driving revenue, building brand equity, and managing the end-to-end sales funnel. You’ll lead both sales and marketing teams, aligning them to deliver consistent lead generation, robust pipeline management, and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to company goals; set ambitious yet achievable targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage the sales team: recruit, coach, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews.
  • Oversee the entire sales funnel—from generating qualified leads to negotiating and closing deals.

Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans combining digital, content, branding, and events to drive demand.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns—PPC, SEO/SEM, social, content, PR, and events—to support brand and revenue goals.

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Define and implement strategies for inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Work across presales, SDRs, and marketing to optimize lead flow and scoring.
  • Deploy demand‑generation programs (ABM, email, webinars, etc.) aligned with sales objectives.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics across both sales and marketing: pipeline, conversion rates, ROI.
  • Leverage data to iterate on strategies, optimize spend, and drive continuous improvements.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with Product, Finance, and C‑Suite to align GTM strategies and budget planning.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own P&L responsibility: manage sales and marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure ROI.
  • Evaluate tools, tech-stack, and processes; introduce efficiencies and scale as needed.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–12+ years in sales & marketing, including 3–5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record in revenue growth, pipeline development, and deal closures. Indeed
  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of lead gen, presales, inbound/outbound strategy, B2B/B2C sales cycles.
  • Technical Proficiency: CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics). Strive
