Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and oversee all aspects of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales vision and execution, ensuring that we meet our business objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships and optimizing sales performance.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.   
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching and professional development to ensure the team's growth.   
  • Drive the sales pipeline and revenue growth through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.   
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.   
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously adapt the sales strategy.   
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the executive team on progress toward goals and key metrics.   
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.   
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to drive performance and accountability.   

Qualifications:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Director, or Head of Sales in SAAS/Software Sales and Enterprise Sales.   
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team.   
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.   
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales processes, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).   
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales execution.
