Job Overview:
TESCRA India is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Educational Qualifications:
