Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients (retailers, e-commerce, SMEs, etc.) for courier partnerships. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Promote various courier services including express delivery, bulk shipments, and franchise opportunities. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service plans. Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records. Meet assigned sales targets and report performance to the sales manager. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Gather market intelligence and competitor data. Represent the brand professionally in meetings and field visits. 📈 Key Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented and self-driven Customer-focused approach Basic knowledge of courier/logistics industry (preferred) Good with MS Office, CRM, and email communication Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
