Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in a fast-paced logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and marketing, particularly in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive sales, generate leads, and strengthen the company’s market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation & Lead Management:
• Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
• Close deals and meet sales targets to drive business growth.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Reporting:

• Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering ongoing support and services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in both sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is highly desirable.
