As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Mectric Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling B2C and B2B sales of RAC, CAC, and VRF solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and converting them into sales through field marketing, client visits, and networking. - Working closely with Architects, MEP Consultants, and Builders to expand sales opportunities. - Executing day-to-day field marketing drives such as society/RWA campaigns and local promotions. - Supporting showroom operations by engaging walk-in customers and providing technical sales consultation. - Ensuring client satisfaction through follow-ups and support, coordinating with the operations team for execution. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales (RAC, CAC, VRF). - Strong knowledge of Room ACs, Commercial ACs, VRF Systems. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for daily reporting. - Strong market research and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
