Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, website, and print materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and advertising activities.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on marketing trends, ROI, and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
• Experience with content creation and social media management.
