Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing Company
Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to generate leads, close sales, manage client relationships, and support the marketing team in promoting the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Maintain a database of leads and regularly update CRM/trackers.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.)
• Present service packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospects.
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into customers.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the operations/delivery team.
• Provide basic updates and ensure smooth coordination during onboarding.

4. Marketing Activities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support social media promotions, email marketing, and outreach activities.
• Participate in branding initiatives, events, and online marketing drives.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales performance and follow-up schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales calls, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing Sales (mandatory).
• Languages: Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email writing.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
