Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients. Achieve or exceed revenue targets. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to customers Handling customer questions, inquires and complaints. Ability to handle CRM Portal for tracking and closure of the sale order. Besides having elegant and luxurious designs almost all fittings are recommended for building green homes and reducing water waste. Job Responsibility: Conduct regular field surveys to identify new construction projects in the assigned territory. Identify and reach out to key decision-makers (builders, contractors, architects, or end clients). Promote store visit by effectively engaging and persuading prospects. Explain product features, advantages, and applications to clients. Recommend suitable products and solutions based on project requirements. Prepare and share accurate estimates for the selected products using CRM app. Handle objections and queries raised by prospects confidently. Present product and service USPs to convert prospects into clients. Track order processing and delivery to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain timely reporting to the manager on daily activities.
