Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in technology sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Aaizel Tech’s brand presence across markets. Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and target potential clients across industries.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach through direct meetings, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete sales cycle using CRM tools to ensure consistent pipeline growth.


2.Marketing & Branding

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor and industry analysis to shape marketing campaigns.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create impactful blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership material.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, LinkedIn, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Brand Visibility: Represent Aaizel Tech at industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.


3.Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Sales KPIs: Track and report on lead conversion, deal closures, and revenue targets.
  • Marketing Metrics: Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and other tools to measure ROI of campaigns.
  • Client Feedback: Gather insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.


4.Cross-Funational Collaboration

  • Work with Product Team: Align client needs with product features and roadmap.
  • Business Development Partnerships: Explore collaborations, alliances, and strategic partnerships.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Coordinate with design and content teams to develop brochures, pitch decks, and sales support materials.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles for SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, or tech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, LinkedIn marketing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook).
  • Exposure to startup or B2G (Business-to-Government) environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales/marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for improving digital marketing conversions.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
