Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and manage customer relationships in the lithium-ion battery sector by identifying new opportunities, developing client accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the lithium-ion battery segment.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients (OEMs, EV manufacturers, energy storage solution providers, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with internal technical teams for customized offerings.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to management for business growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
Track sales pipeline, monitor progress, and submit regular reports to management.
Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
