Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: IMT Manesar

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and manage customer relationships in the lithium-ion battery sector by identifying new opportunities, developing client accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the lithium-ion battery segment.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients (OEMs, EV manufacturers, energy storage solution providers, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with internal technical teams for customized offerings.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to management for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
• Track sales pipeline, monitor progress, and submit regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
